Schedule of Key Dates And Deadlines:

• October 25, 2020 @ 11:59pm CT – Open to the World – Entries Close

• November 2, 2020 @ Noon CT – Open to the World – Late Entries Open
• November 6, 2020 @ 5:00pm CT – Open to the World – Late Entries Close (NO WALK-UP ENTRIES)
• November 8-12 – Qualifying Rounds (Will Rogers Memorial Center)
•  November 13- Team Roping Championship Round (AT&T Center)
•  November 14- Barrel Racing Championship Round (AT&T Center)
• November 15- Breakaway Roping Championship Round (AT&T Center)

Check In and Check Out Information

Stalls are available starting at 4pm on Sunday, November 8^th

All Athletes will need to be checked out of their stall by

Sunday, November 15th at 11:59pm

All Athletes with stall reservations will receive an email on Friday, November 6 with an explanation of how the check-in process will be ran upon your arrival

Parking Information  
Day haulers will be able to park behind the livestock barns 1-4 (see map below).  There will be no tie outs – you must purchase a stall.  If you arrive late, you will need to rent a stall and park in the trailer parking lot (see map)

Important: A negative Coggins is required for Texas horses and a 30-day health certificate and negative Coggins for out-of-state horses is required.

The event will award a $750,000 guaranteed payout with equal money in all four disciplines. The event will also award a $20,000 bonus to the Women’s Rodeo All-Around Champion.

• 2^ndPlace – $20,000
• 3^rdPlace – $12,500
• 4^thPlace – $10,000
• 5^thPlace – $7,500
• 6^thPlace – $5,000 Guaranteed Appearance Fee
• 7^th-9^thPlace – $2,000 Each – Guaranteed Appearance Fee
• 10^th-12^thPlace – $1,500 Each – Guaranteed Appearance Fee
• 13^th-18^thPlace – $1,000 Each – Guaranteed Appearance Fee
• 19^th-24^thPlace – $750 Guaranteed Appearance Fee Each
