All athletes must check-in prior to competing. Check-in will be located in the WCRA trailer which will be parked near the back pens outside of the arena. If you have not had your head shot taken before with WCRA, come to check-in wearing full dress code so we can take your head shot.
All athletes competing each night will be allowed to park in Lot 5 (Dirt Lot located next to Billy Bobs)
ROUGH STOCK:
The stock will be drafted in order of the athlete’s WCRA Leaderboard qualification per performance.
Athletes must be present at 5:00pm prior to the start of the performance to draft their stock. If not present, the stock will be randomly drawn for the athlete after the draft concludes. The location of the stock draft will be at the secretary office.
TIMED EVENTS:
Tie-Down Calf Preparation will be at 4 p.m. daily. All tie-down ropers competing each night are encouraged to participate in prepping the calves.
TE stock draw will be posted and texted around 5:30 p.m. CT nightly.
