All entries will be taken on entrytool.com. Athlete’s entering the Stampede at the E can also begin reserving their stalls through openstalls.com.
Open entry will give timed event athlete ages 13 and up the opportunity to enter and earn a spot in the August 15 one-day $300,000 rodeo. In addition, the timed events will be multiple entry allowing athletes to potentially compete in both the WCRA Pool and Open Pool.
All athletes competing in the Open to the World pools will be allowed up to two entries (either two in the Open to the World or one in the WCRA Leaderboard Pool and one in the Open to the World Pool) while DY athletes will be allowed two entries in DY Pool and will be restricted to only that pool (cannot go between Open to the World and DY pool).
The main event will consist of the number one athlete from the WCRA Leaderboard, the top qualifying DY athlete, and eight athletes from the qualifying rounds, totaling ten athletes in each timed event discipline. For more details on progression, information can be found here.
Athletes nominating their efforts with the WCRA Virtual Rodeo Qualifier (VRQ) will have until July 26 to earn points. All athletes competing in the WCRA Pools are automatically eligible for the TCR bonus.
